Made by Lukas was founded by Lukas Martin in fall of 2013.
His accessible, whole-foods based approach to food and vegetarian cuisine has been featured in national and local print, radio, TV, and online media. He teaches cooking classes and does demonstrations across the country, and continues to do periodic demonstrations at farmers markets and grocery stores. He currently lives Baton Rouge.
